After submitting your payment, you will be returned to another page on this site, the second page of the express submission. On the second page, you will be asked for the information about your website. Two of the fields are the same. I apologize, this is a kluge so I can match your payment to the second part of the submission, I have not fixed that so that it will match up properly yet. You will be asked for additional information including:
URL
Website/Company Name
Description of the website/company
Your Name
Your Email Address
Your statement that your submission falls within our guidelines. No refund will be given to review a site which does not fall within our guidelines. If you state your site does not comply, your payment will not be accepted, and your site will not be reviewed.
